Since September 2018 Midas Security have been a consistent fixture at some of the most prominent venues & events in the South West. From world famous nightclubs and vibrant live-music venues to festivals and world class universities.
Our security staff not only reduce risk at your venue, but improve customer experience, maintain efficient crowd management and provide assistance to the venue in a variety of situations.
We emphasise the importance of an initial risk assessment and security plan. Our initial consultation & risk assessment is free. After signing on with us, we will work with you to establish cover to your satisfaction.
In order to work for Midas Security Services as a frontline operator, you have to pass through our certified three month probation pipeline. Staff are trained beyond the industry standard in:
• Triage & Trauma Care
• Forgery & Fake I.D doc recognition
• Person, Vehicle & Venue Search
• Common Law Arrest
• Physical Intervention & Restraint
• Incident Report/Preservation of Scene
• Use of Surveillance and Radio Equipment
• Mental Health Awareness
• Counter-Terrorism/Extraordinary Threat
This additional training is an industry first, and is informed by the experience of our management team in: executive close protection, UK Armed Forces, Police as well as Fire & Rescue Services
We work with Law Enforcement, as well as Non-Government Organisations and Agencies not only after an incident has occured, but to target the concerns of our partners at source.
